When Comsouth Telecommunications decided to expand and build a second office building next to the existing one in downtown Hawkinsville, GA, they plan for this building to match the existing one.  Constructed with concrete blocks and stucco rendering was the finish of choice.

Monosideral was applied with a stucco pump (Putzmeister) directly over the blocks in one coat.  It was then floated and coated with Siderite C to achieve a very coarse floated texture.  A floated texture is achievable with Monosideral alone, but a specific coarser texture was to be replicated and the color was also to match the existing building. With a chip off the existing building, we were able to exactly match the color in our fully equipped QC and R&D department.
