Stucco

Monobase BC Concentrate - A traditional concentrated hard-coat stucco base/scratch coat only requiring the addition of masonry sand and water at the jobsite.  It has the unique benefits of vapor permeability, fiber reinforcement and water repellency - unmatched in the industry to accept finish coats such as Monosideral, Sider-Plast Finish or our other finish coats. 

Monobase RU -  This pre-mixed hard-coat base/scratch coat is easy to apply.  Packaged pre-sanded, it only requires the addition of water at the jobsite.  It is a durable, water repellent yet breathable base-coat ready to accept finish coats such as Monosideral, Sider-Plast Finish or our other finish coats. 

Monosideral - Traditional hard-coat colored cement-stucco at its finest, integrally colored and easy to use - simply mix with water and apply directly over masonry substrates.  It is a strong & durable, water repellent yet breathable finish.  Monosideral will render an 'old-world' modeled look in a variety colors and textures.

  Paints

Siderite & Siderite-C - These two cement-based, integrally-colored paints are the natural choice when a durable, long-lasting, water repellent and vapor permeable coating is required over brick.  Siderite  provides a traditional smooth finish while Siderite-C allows for a coarser sand finish appearance. Formulated to render a beautiful colored, durable yet breathable finish without possibilities of delaminating.

The photos below are actually our integrally colored stucco applied in a brick pattern.  Our coatings offer the decorative aspect of brick with a strong, water-repellent and durable masonry finish with the freedom of colors & designs that brick may not offer.

  Cleaners

  Sealers

Sider-Sealer - A water-based silicone-enhanced acrylic sealer. Sider-Sealer is an integrally colored sealer which provides a skid-resistant, protective and decorative finish formulated for application over concrete, most masonry surfaces and Sider-Deck.

Sider-Sealer HD - A clear water-based silicone-enhanced acrylic sealer designed to provide additional protection and durability when applied over Sider-Sealer.

Oxy-Seal - A clear, heavy-duty clear liquid which bonds with the surfaces being treated to give a deep penetrating weatherproofing protection.
