AAC Stucco & Decorative Coatings

Sider-Base Concentrate AAC - An AAC light-weight concentrated base-coat only requiring the addition of masonry sand and water at the jobsite. Especially formulated for AAC applications, it is a durable, water repellent yet breathable base-coat. A cost saving coating due to its concentrated formulation, it is ready to accept a finish coat such as Monosideral AAC or Sider-Plast Finish. Monobase AAC - This light-weight, pre-mixed AAC base-coat packaged pre-sanded, only requiring the addition of water at the jobsite. It is a durable, water repellent yet breathable base-coat ready to accept a finish coat such as Monosideral AAC or Sider-Plast Finish. Power-Base AAC - Power-Base AAC is a durable polymer-modified interior or exterior leveling coating for use over AAC and specifically designed for AAC Power Panels. Power-Base AAC performs like a protective skin that will not trap moisture. Used as a leveling coating for exterior or interior AAC surfaces, it will not shrink and will allow the application of a finish coat within in 24 hours (depending on ambient conditions.) Sider TXT-AAC - The ultimate interior base-coat designed for superior abrasion and mechanical resistance. It is a durable base-coat ready to accept a finish coat such as Sider-Gyp AAC or Durastone AAC.
Monosideral AAC - The ultimate AAC integrally-colored, pre-mixed stucco. The beautiful rendering of colored cement-stucco at its finest, integrally colored, designed for AAC and easy-to-use! Monosideral AAC will render an 'old-world' modeled look in a variety colors and textures. Marble-Stone AAC - Marble-Stone AAC is a premixed marble aggregate AAC stucco finish featuring unique properties of water repellency, vapor permeability & weather resistance. A slick traditional finish and rather thin in application, it will render a smooth 'Old-World' look or with textures such as a fine skip-trowel. Marble-Kote AAC - Marble-Kote AAC is a premixed marble aggregate colored stucco product applied in a one-coat application direclty over AAC, featuring unique properties of water repellency, vapor permeability & weather resistance. Marble-Kote AAC provides a smooth or textured colored wall finish as desired. Sider-Plast Finish - Our acrylic coating, rendering textures such as Swirl, Coarse Sand, Fine Sand... Designed for application over our AAC base-coats to render a smooth and uniform finish.
Durastone

clear polymer binder. Vapor-permeable,
Durastone can be used in interior or exterior application. Durastone provides a highly durable, scratch-resistant finish that
can be easily repaired if damaged. The vibrant colors provided by Durastone
are available in 6 standard tints while color options are available
upon request.
Sider-Gyp Kote AAC - Our interior one-coat gypsum/plaster AAC coating designed for application directly over Aerated Concrete (AAC) at a thickness of 1/4" to 3/4". It can also be textured to achieve a stippled, knock-down or skip-trowel effect. Sider-Gyp AAC - Our interior AAC wall and ceiling gypsum-plaster coating providing an extremely hard, durable and smooth finish. It can be finished smooth, textured to achieve a stippled, knock-down or skip-trowel effect or covered with paint or wallpaper. Sider-Veneer AAC - Our ultra-smooth wall and ceiling gypsum-plaster coating that provides an extremely hard, durable and smooth finish formulated to be sanded, achieving an extremely smooth veneer rendering. It can also be textured to achieve a stippled, knock-down or skip-trowel effect or covered with paint or wallpaper.
Siderite AAC & Siderite-C AAC - These two cement-based paints are the natural choice when a water repellent and vapor permeable paint is required. Especially formulated for AAC applications, Siderite AAC provides a traditional smooth finish while Siderite-C AAC allows for a coarser sand finish appearance.
